For me, this team possesses skills and raw talents that will take them all the way to the finals. With organized teamwork, focusing more on defense and ball distribution, these Whites are the deadliest.

Nowadays, It seems that everyone wants to own a Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, Audi or other well known luxury cars.

How about you, If money is not an issue and you will be asked to drive home a car that you long desire, what would you choose?

Have You Got Baby Names Yet?

We are often asked how we came up with our babys name. 

How Dada, How?

It wasn't easy. We have less than a month left til labor day before we dicovered the name. 

Before my wifey got pregnant, we would always laugh and say we will name our future baby "Justin Jayden". Because after we watched  Karate kid starring Jayden Smith, the "Never Say Never" track with Justin Bieber singing and Jayden rapping sounded cute to us. Well not for long.

If you think these two are cute, the name is still up for grabs.

When we saw his face in the ultra sound, we thought He looked more like a Zachary, Zachariah or Zack. 

Moms got a big crush on this guy.

Then we considered alot of names like Trevor, Kendrick, Maurice, Dante, Tristan, Amarie, Joakim, Derrick 

My dad wants me to be a Baller, that's for sure.

Our relatives and close friends recommended Allesso, Ricco, Rielly, Albi, or  Ricardo III.

And names that sounds good with my Family name Flores like Enricque, Gael, Enrico  and all the other Mexican sounding names.

Hola Chika!

Until we said "Alonzo Miguel". It was suppose to be final, then we changed it into "Alexander Joakim".Then a 3 letter name "Ari" but Ariana Grande was nick named Ari. 

We even bought a book for baby names and looked over the internet, fight about a couple of times.

Until one afternoon, "KYRIE ALEXANDER" pops into our head. We knew then, this will be a perfect name for our baby.

How? 3 Simple steps:

-Write down all of the first names of the NBA players. 

-Find and pick one that has a historical and biblical meaning.

-Then match it up with a well known great name that sounds the same with the mothers name. "Personalized"

Whoalaaaa!!! Meet Kyrie Alexander

His names are derived from two great warriors and leaders Kyrillous and Alexander.  We believe the name combination indicates success, cleverness and sensitivity. Alexander is the name for an emperor.

Kyrie is a name of a Greek warrior known to be couragous, brave and  independent leader.

His name is also biblical since the word "Kyrie" means "Lord, have mercy on us". Used by Catholics usually sang with a beautiful hymn accompaniment in solemn masses to ask forgiveness from God.

What comes into play also is the fact that his mothers name is Alexa, his Grand Pa is Alex and one of his uncles name is Axel. The AXE Factor.

I cant also deny that I am a big fan of Kyrie "Uncle Drew" Irving. For me he is one of greatest player to ever touch a basketball.

Currently if you search the #KyrieAlexander in IG. There are 3 beautiful babies that would appear. One black, one white and one perfectly mixed. 

That boy has the sweetest personality ever. If you see him smiling you cant help but smile too. 

He is the most attractive baby boy in the world. 

C'mon Yall lets play!

It is undeniable that he has a a good ear for music. He will probably grow up as a great singer/performer Or a potential athlete because he is so active, strong and a great swimmer just like his Mother. 

His dark brown wavy hair is absolutely beautiful, complements well with his round cheeks and expressive eyes. 

His attractiveness, talent, and great personality makes him impossible not to love. 

He is our baby Kyrie Alexander.

Election: Organized Chaos

It took me almost 4 hours looking for my precinct and lining up before I was able to cast my vote today, not to mention it was really hot, I was almost soaked up with sweat and looked so beaten up. Anyhow, I just take it as an organized chaos.

I think the facilitators, teachers and the people who helped me in voting today are more deserving of my vote than the names listed on the ballot. They were very kind and their smiles are not fake, true duty-bounded. Nobody even recognize these people after the winning candidate stands in the podium and raises both their hands.

Now, let me share to you a barroom story that magnifies our ideas about Politics.

A doctor, an engineer, and a politician were arguing as to which profession was older. "Well," argued the doctor, "without a physician mankind could not have survived, so I am sure that mine is the oldest profession. " "No," said the engineer, "before life began there was complete chaos, and it took an engineer to create some semblance of order from this chaos. So engineering is older. " "But," chirped the triumphant politician,"who created the chaos? "

Little as we know, being a politician is the 1st and most popular profession. Guaranteed seat means guaranteed money; best investment in the Philippines, I mean everywhere.

Politicians mastered the craft of enticing the masses to put them in the position.

Right from the start, they have made an image of themselves as the person for the people. They have studied higher education to facade as their solid background. More so, they have invested so much to finally take the last push for you to choose their name in that last instant.

And because they spent too much, they are willing to fight tooth to nail to their adversaries. No matter what the cost, they will do anything to win, to be in the position, to have that power. I call it greed.

In our Province, 5 are accounted dead, because of this election. And the worse part of this is, they are not even on the news. Our place is far from media and civilization. God bless their souls.

Thank God, I only suffered the heat and the long voting lines, I was not involved in the encounter with the goons and armed supporters of the politicians.

Thank God, it was just an organized chaos not a true one.

My Mom is Mah Niggah!

It was drizzling when I woke today. My Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are swarmed with pics of all the Mothers in the world, Saying all the good things about her, how much they love her, how much their mother inspired them , so on and so forth.

Just to be different, let me tell you the Negative side about my Mother. I call her my Nega-Mom.

These are some of the Nasty things about her;

My Mom plays the most annoying Ms. know-it-all, she would always say,"Sit further away from the TV, it will ruin your eyesight" or "Don't eat pork, take these vegetables, it has more vitamin A B to Z."

She is also the baddest liar in the world, I constantly hear her say, "No, I never skip school" , " I always finish homework ahead of time." or " I don't go to parties." Duh...

She painstakingly likes picking on little things everyday, like, "Why did you leave the lights on","You sweat on your shirt again?", "Did you flush the toilet?"or the most famous,"Did you wash your hands?"

She absolutely hates pets," Go ahead and keep that stray dog, i I will feed him your food and slash your allowance." , " Who brought these kittens in the house!?"

She polices you tightly, "No later than 10pm.", "When did you learn how to drink!?", "You got into a fight!?" , "You flunked!" (Spank! Spank!)

She is very frank, "You smell awful, go change","You have booger on your face." or "Your shirt is so dirtyyy!" (More Spank)

She's never contented," You wear a jacket ", "Drink more water", " Here bring this lunchbox for later","Put a towel on your back", "You are smarter than him" and my personal favorite, "You are better looking than him."

As defined by the Urban Dictionary " Mah Niggah" is your partner through thick and thin. someone who will always help you out, no matter the situation.

As nega as she is, My Mom is my true first love, she shows me the right path to take and she helps me get through all the circumstances in life, she gives me all the blessings in the world.

My best-friend. My love, Someone I will do anything for anytime, anywhere.

I know she has my back and is looking out for me even when I am wrong.

If you aren't, you have no fashion sense. If you are jealous, she says you are being possessive. If you aren't, she thinks you do not love her. If you attempt to treat her roughly, she says you don't respect her. If you don't, she thinks you are not adventurous enough . If you are late, she complains, If she is late, she says "I had to put on my make-up". If you visit your friends, she's thinks you will have a party with some bitches. If she is visited by her friends, 'oh we are just catching up with the girls'.If you kiss her once in a while, she professes you are cold. If you kiss her too many, she yells you got nothing better to do. If you fail to open the door for her, you lack ethics. If you do, she thinks you are doing it for a favor. If you look at others, she accuses you of flirting. If she stares at others, she says she is just admiring. If you talk, she wants you to listen. If you listen, she wants you to talk.
